We highly recommend Hart Homes to build your new home.

 We chose Hart Homes to build our family home for a number of reasons;
  • Price was comparable to major chain type builders 
  • Referral from a local who had built three homes with them over the years
  • Custom design just for us and our block 
  • We wanted something different – polished concrete throughout
  • Colourbond Trimclad product which is often seen in industrial construction and roofing not on the external walls of a house 
We wanted to be involved wherever we could to make our money go further (garage build, water tanks, painting, building the deck, rubbish removal, handover clean up)

The build process was good fun but not without the odd issue that had to be resolved. Adam managed with good humour and trust, but of course sorted whatever had to be done (or re-done) with urgency.

The house went up quickly, the whole team worked really hard. It was exciting seeing our home coming together. After we moved in, they were happy to come back at a moment’s notice to fix the odd defect, which was a wonderful show of support for their build.

We had plans to owner build and can't believe how lucky we are to not have gone down that road. 


We had Adam's name mentioned to us by two friends from very different parts of the world, and after a brief chat on the phone we emailed a napkin sketch with some notes of our desired new home. Adam's first draft plan back to us was pretty much spot on, and so the journey began. Henceforth the experience with Hart Homes was smooth and calm. The sense of comfort we from the whole team was such a relief, as this was our first full build of our own home.


The experience Adam & his team have in this market, building on rural blocks and their constant advice throughout the build, coupled with their open communication & highly engaged advice through the build gave us confidence that we were not going to have any surprises at the end.
